Leon Stohr has been active in hospitality for more than 25 years, 10 of which he worked as owner of Excellenz Group Venlo. In his career he was faced with a recurring problem: it is difficult to find motivated and trained staff in moments of need and when it matters. Horeca Poule is his solution to that exact problem. It is his goal to provide hospitality employers with a pool of professional hospitality staff, who can be hired for busy periods and when they are needed.
