What We Do
It is often difficult to find motivated hospitality staff in moments of real need. Horeca-Poule Venlo exists to help employers with this burden. It is our goal to provide hospitality employers with a pool of professional hospitality staff, who can be hired for busy periods and when they are needed. We also offer payroll services, recruitment and training.

We provide payroll services together with Staffable, part of the Mis en Place group. We take full responsibility for payroll.
What does it cost?
Depending on what sort of staff or skill-set you need, you can make use of the professional staff within the Horeca-Poule pool.
If you're looking for hospitality staff to work for your on a regular basis, we will recruit someone who fits your needs.
We charge different rates for motivated students with little or no experience, and students with ample experience and specific hospitality skills.
In order to determine which rates are applicable, Horeca-Poule has created house rules.
